Early childhood education, defined as birth to kindergarten, has been shown to have many benefits for children, their families, and society at large. Much of a child’s cognitive development takes place before he or she enters kindergarten.

Introducing Learning Starts Early

🎉🎈We are celebrating 10 Years! This year, we're excited to celebrate a decade since the beginning of Learning Starts Early (LSE) and 7 years since its official launch!  Today, our volunteer-driven board continues to work tirelessly to prepare every preschool child in Fauquier County for success in kindergarten and beyond.🚀🌟

Directors

The board of directors of Learning Starts Early, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit corporation, includes professionals from the worlds of finance, education, medicine and communications who volunteer their time to insure that every preschool student in Fauquier County has access to preschool education fundamental to success.
